If you want your love for a man or a woman to be lasting, know that there is an order to be respected. What does this mean? In your heart and in your soul, you must put the Creator in first place. Yes, begin by appreciating the Being of all Beings, the Light of the Universe, the dispenser of all wealth; and then, if you do not wish to remain alone, choose someone who will serve as your companion. Yes, the true spiritualist, whether man or woman, puts the Creator in first place within himself as the source of love, wisdom, and truth. Then he seeks the person most capable of supporting his link with Him, and takes her as a partner on the physical plane, because he feels that something in her brings him closer to the Source, that she is a messenger who speaks to him from the divine world. It is only under these conditions that your love will last.
