How can we enter into relationship with God, this Being who for us is so elusive, inaccessible and unfathomable? The best way to establish a bond with him, to feel him and even touch him, is to work with the light – to concentrate on it, immerse ourselves in it, delight in it – for light is the expression of divine splendour. Light is like an ocean of vibrating, throbbing life. Sink into it and swim, purify yourself in it, breathe it, drink it, and even eat it… Only in the bosom of the light will you capture something of the divine essence.
