Nothing is more important than to have a high ideal. But do …

Nothing is more important than to have a high ideal. But do not imagine that those around you will recognize your efforts or show respect and consideration for you. Outwardly you will constantly have to deal with all sorts of disagreeable situations. Yes, but only outwardly. Inwardly everything will be entirely different. While inwardly you may live in peace and joy, outwardly there will always be people who work against you. There will also be those who, seeing you as easy prey, will rush to exploit you unscrupulously, and then off they will go without even a thank you. But this doesn’t matter; persevere and safeguard the blessings your high ideal brings you.
