Learn at least to move objects lovingly and you will feel the harmony of your gestures being reflected within you. Rarely do people notice that the way they do things influences their inner state. Try to be aware of this and, the day you are angry or agitated, tell yourself, 'Now is the time to practice.' Then take an object, caress it lightly and gently: you will feel immediately that you are changing the currents and transforming something within you. Practice changing your inner states.
