In certain languages there are two words for ‘light’. In Bulgarian, for example, there is ‘svetlina’, which is physical light, the light we see, and ‘videlina’, which is spiritual light, primordial light, the light created by God in the beginning when he said: ‘Let there be light.’ Only this primordial light can reveal the secret of creation to us, because it was by means of this light that the world was created. It was not until the fourth day, when God created the sun, moon and stars, that ‘svetlina’ appeared, the visible manifestation of ‘videlina’. In fact, the sun is not the ball of fire humans imagine it to be, but a living entity endowed with consciousness. It receives subtle light, ‘videlina’, and transforms it into visible light, ‘svetlina’, and with this it illuminates the universe. ‘Videlina’ is a quintessence so powerful that those who manage to condense even an infinitesimal particle of it within themselves obtain all powers.
