If you are sensitive enough to observe what is happening …

If you are sensitive enough to observe what is happening inside of you, you will see that when you are worried, unhappy or impatient, something scatters in your solar plexus. The solar plexus is the vessel that stores living magnetism, and when this magnetism becomes dispersed, you feel weak, unable to function or concentrate. Every worry, every feeling of disquiet influences the solar plexus in a special way, and it then loses its magnetism. Conversely, if you are happy or calm, you feel your solar plexus dilate; something flows like a spring. The solar plexus is the reservoir of our vital forces, the accumulator of all energies, and if you know how to replenish it daily, you will have a source from which you can draw the forces you need each day.
