Incarnation is a slow descent into matter, during which our spirit borrows from every region of the universe the elements which will constitute its different bodies: atmic, buddhic, causal, mental, astral and finally the physical body. Once we have incarnated into our physical body, we no longer remember the regions we passed through, the experiences we had or the discoveries we made. But it is all there, inscribed within us. Those who wish to recover this knowledge, to access this age-old memory, must now live according to the laws of initiatic Science and submit to certain rules and practices taught by the great masters of humanity. In doing so they will manage to bring back from the depths of their being everything they have lived and known in the subtle regions. As for those who make no effort, this recall will be postponed… until who knows when! And while they are waiting, they will continue to pose the same questions about the meaning of life.
