Whatever state or conditions you find yourself in, make …

Whatever state or conditions you find yourself in, make sure you never accept inertia. Even if you are exhausted, disabled, ill, try at least to make a gesture or take one step. And if it is truly impossible for you to make the slightest physical movement, you still have the ability to use your thought to imagine you are moving around and being active as before. You will say that if you are reduced to such a state, thought is of no great help. Well, you are mistaken.
